Project Description

Villa-1 project is a single private villa smart home system in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. A KNX based open standard smart home solution for lighting control. Later, the client requested to scale up the installation to include more lights, curtains, water level, webserver integration with internet and intercom and cameras, weather stations, and IFTTT (If This Then That). Automatic events based on day/night and weather conditions. Logic, scenarios, alarms, and notifications:
- When tank level is low then send alarm notification
- Façade lights will automatically turn on at sunset and will turn off when it is day
- When approaching the house, set up the living room
