Single villa smart home in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. A KNX based smart home solution for lighting control, curtains, water level, air conditioning, webserver integration with internet, weather stations, and IFTTT (If This Then That). Integration with intercom and door access. automatic events based on day/night and weather conditions. Logic, scenarios, alarms, and notifications:
- When tank level is low then send alarm notification
- Façade lights will automatically turn on at sunset and will turn off when it is day
- When approaching the house, set up the living room
